Counseling Rates

Current rates are $85/hr for in office services.

 

Couples rates are $100/1.5hr in office services.

 

Family rates are 100/1.5hr in office services.

*Reduced fees are available to those experiencing financial hardship, on a limited basis. Reduced fees are based upon your household income and number of dependents.

Video Conference Services

​

Current rates for video conference therapy is $85/hr.

​

Couples rates for video conference therapy is $100/1.5hr. 

 

Family rates for video conference therapy is 100/1.5hr.

Insurance 

​

I am currently accepting new clients for E4 Health, Health Advocate, Cenpatico (Sunshine Health), Lyra, Aetna and Tricare. I am a out of network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield. 

Continue to check for constant updates.

Until then I will offer courtesy out-of-network claim filing or can provide you with an invoice after each session, which you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement or to request that the session cost be applied to your yearly deductible.

​

While insurance may reduce initial out-of-pocket expenses, it may also limit and/or direct your counseling experience. For these reasons, many clients opt to pay out-of-pocket, and bypass their insurance providers altogether.

Payment

​

*Fees are due at the beginning of each session and can be paid by cash, debit card, credit card, or HSA card (receipts available for FSA reimbursement claims).

Cancellation & No-Show Policy 

​

Non-emergency appointment cancellations must be made within 24-hours of a scheduled appointment to avoid being billed a $50 late cancellation fee. Those who miss an appointment will be billed a $50 no-show fee. These fees are due by the end of the next scheduled appointment.
